Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, a 10% restocking fee or the cost to ship your order, (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund issued.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 14 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you received a product that was not what you placed on your order, then we will get the correct product out to you. We may or may not arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up at our discretion. If however, you mistakenly selected the wrong item we are still happy to exchange the incorrect and unused item for the correct item. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges at that point.
I did not receive the item I placed on my order.

If the item is unopened and in original condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product only. Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded and products must be returned within 30 days from the original order date. We do not accept returned orders that are older than 30 days. No shipping costs will be refunded and refunds will not be issued for products that have been used or have damaged or missing packaging.

VKP Brands offers a warranty on every item. If you have questions or concerns about a product that is still under warranty, please call 866-257-4741. Proof of purchase is required (date purchase receipt) to cover the warranty, so please have all your information ready when you call.
