Return Period
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice # or PO #) is required.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds apply to returned items only.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged or defective, or
- You received the wrong item.
Please report any issues within 14 business days.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Exchanges
If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll send the correct one, and may or may not require the incorrect item to be returned.
- If you selected the wrong item, we’ll process an exchange, but you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
