The fruit corer has got to be one of my favorite must have kitchen tools! I love a tool that can be used for multiple things. This tool, originally made for pears, is perfect for hulling strawberries quickly too. It's great when you are doing a whole container or more of strawberries. I use it not only when doing strawberry jam but when I prepare strawberries for dessert toppings like crepes, cakes, pancakes or french toast.
